Where Opt-In Happens
The SMS opt-in form is the primary call-to-action on the Offline homepage. Users provide their phone number and zip code, then explicitly check a consent box before submitting.

Note for reviewer: The homepage opens with a brief animated boot sequence (~1.5 seconds), after which the phone number input appears. Users enter their number, then their zip code, and the consent checkbox shown below appears alongside the zip field.

STOP / Opt-Out Handling
Users who reply STOP are immediately removed from all SMS lists. Twilio's STOP keyword is honored by default, and our backend additionally marks the contact as unsubscribed in our database (contacts.is_subscribed = false) to prevent any further outbound messages.
Privacy & Data Handling
Offline collects only phone number and zip code at signup. We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used solely to send the SMS messages described above. Full details: Privacy Policy.
